I think my biceps are bigger... I don't really know how that happened. As much as I want to be prepared for the zombie menace, I don't want to be some muscle-bound freak. Just muscley enough to be nimble and able to fight off an attack.
And I have definitely lost weight... at least a couple of pounds.... which should help with the nimble part.
1 cup of muesli
1 cup of milk
1 banana
16 oz "lots o' berries" smoothie
1/2 raw trail mix
1/4 cup of cashews
1 Boca spicy chicken sandwich
10 BBQ fries
40 minutes of "Total Body Interval" on the elliptical machine
1/2 mile cool down walk
Odd Note of the Day: I have several tattoos that may function as identifying marks (if worse comes to worst).
