Diet and Exercise 4/5/06
Today I consumed:
1 cup muesli
1 cup organic milk
1 banana
1 apple
1/2 cup apple/cranberry granola
1 stalk of celery with peanut butter
2 eggs, scrambled
1 english muffin with rhubarb jam.
lots of water
Today I did the "Cross Country" mode of the elliptical machine for 30 minutes, followed by walking a half-mile on the track. I tried to picture being chased by zombies while on the elliptical machine to motivate my workout. It wasn't effective.
