Long Day

Today was full of exhaustive office procedures, that, hopefully when the zombie menace threatens, I won't have to deal with any more. (Remember: Always look on the bright side)

1 cup muesli
1 cup milk
3 bananas
1 apple
1/2 cup granola
1 stick of celery with peanut butter
4 crackers with swiss
1/2 cup raw nut mix

I did 33 minutes on the stationary bike in "Rocky Mountain" mode. Ran for a mile and walked an additional mile. At this point it was too much exercise.

Advice of Evening: Remember, you may have to shoot those you love, should they turn. It is better to be dead than undead.
